It's important to remember that hotlines are not just for suicidal thoughts; you can call for an anxiety attack, depression, loneliness, help with preventing a drug or alcohol relapse, etc. You can get advice on how to get away from a violent partner or what to do after a sexual assault. There are many different types of support and a lot of information out there. I've listed a few here just to give you an idea.
